Provide accurate information about the property, facilities, and local attractions. Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Process payments, invoices, and manage cash or credit transactions. Maintain accurate records and ensure guest information is updated in the system. Respond promptly to guest complaints and ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled. Communicate special requests or preferences to relevant teams.
