Regional Sales Manager

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing sales prospects within the building materials industry. You will need to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, and a strong understanding of channel sales and project sales processes. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining relationships with builders, contractors, and architects, while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and support. Additionally, you will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales within the construction or building materials industry, with a good understanding of various building materials such as glass, plywood, laminates, wooden flooring, ceramics, paints, windows, UPVC doors, tiles, false ceilings, interior decors, locks, carpets, and other related products. A willingness to learn more about building materials and a results-driven mindset are essential for this role. It would be advantageous if you have experience working with CRM software, knowledge of construction industry trends, and a network of contacts within the construction industry. This is a full-time position with day and morning shifts, and performance bonuses will be provided based on your sales achievements.
