Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager - Nutrition.
  • Trade to lead and expand our Nutrition business across North & South India.
  • The RSM will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing channel partners & distributors, building high-performing sales teams, and strengthening market presence in General Trade, Institutional, and Nutrition channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategy for Nutrition products across North & South India.
  • Achieve primary & secondary sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Lead, train, and performance-manage Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Sales Officers, and field teams.
  • Monitor sales ROI, trade schemes, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular market analysis, competition tracking, and demand forecasting.
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), retailers, modern trade, and institutional clients.
  • Review sales performance, stock position, collections, and credit control.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory teams for smooth operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

Experience

  • 10 -15+ years of total sales experience with 5+ years in a Regional / Zonal leadership role in Nutrition / Nutraceuticals / Wellness.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling nutrition trade business.
  • Strong exposure to North & South markets with deep distributor & channel knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
