Regional Sales Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regional sales strategy, planning & forecasting

• Lead & develop Area Sales Managers (ASMs)

• Strengthen & optimize distribution networks

• Manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships

• Explore new business opportunities & expand into emerging markets

• Align closely with marketing for brand-building initiatives

• Support product launches & regional pricing strategies

• Ensure compliance, reporting & market intelligence

🔹 Qualifications:

• 15+ years of total experience, with minimum 10 years in FMCG/Food industry

• Strong leadership in managing large teams & distribution networks

• Expertise in sales strategy, analytics, and channel management

• Excellent communication, negotiation & decision-making skills

• Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred:

Experience in HoReCa / confectionery industry and training sales leaders.
