Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Engagement Executive to manage post-sales support and build strong customer relationships. The role involves handling customer queries, conducting engagement calls, collecting feedback, and coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution. You will also support MIS reporting and data management tasks. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach across all communication channels Conduct outbound calls for feedback, reviews, and engagement Address and resolve customer queries and grievances Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution Follow up on payments, account setup, and access post-sales Prepare and maintain customer interaction records and MIS reports
