Job Description

A Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in Mintifi-SCF Product for Maharashtra is responsible for driving sales of supply chain finance products by sourcing leads, managing relationships with SMEs and partners (OEMs, institutions), coordinating with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement, monitoring portfolio performance, and ensuring timely collections. This role also involves competitor analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and potentially leading a regional sales team to achieve sales targets for products like working capital loans and machine loans.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Source SME loan proposals and supply chain finance leads through direct marketing, DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels, and other partner collaborations.
  • Build a strong customer base across various financial products, including working capital loans and machine loans.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop customized financial solutions for clients based on their specific needs and requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the loan portfolio by engaging closely with customers and analyzing their financial performance.

Sales Operations & Coordination:

  • Oversee the pre and post-sanction process for loans, ensuring timely sanction and execution of legal documents.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as legal, compliance, and operations to facilitate loan disbursement.

Market & Portfolio Management:

  • Monitor the performance of the entire regional portfolio to ensure health and growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

Team Leadership & Development (if applicable):

  • Lead, train, and motivate a regional sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure high performance.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and institutions to create business opportunities.

Collections & Compliance:

  • Ensure timely collection of dues by following up with customers.
  • Maintain compliant sales operations, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
