About Our Client: Our client is an impact-focused deep-tech startup that is democratizing clean air through breakthrough filter-less technology. Backed by top-tier VCs and CXOs globally, the company currently operates between the United States and India. Role: As a Technical Sales Lead for our client's filter-less purification systems, you will target industrial clients for the MK II platform and commercial clients for the HIVE platform. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, establishing and nurturing relationships, and conducting product demonstrations to showcase the features and advantages of our product portfolio. Collaborating closely with the engineering and product teams, you will understand technical details, product capabilities, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers. By understanding customer requirements, you will tailor product solutions to meet specific needs, providing technical recommendations and guidance throughout the sales process. Additionally, you will develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our products. It will be crucial to actively track and manage sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication to meet sales targets. Your role will also involve providing feedback from the market to the product development teams, contributing to shaping future product enhancements and new offerings based on customer needs and market trends. Skill Requirements: - Past academic education in Engineering + MBA or equivalent - Proven track record of working on engineering projects and selling products like vibro sifters - 7 to 10 years of past experience in the relevant industry - Demonstrated success in technical sales, preferably in a B2B environment with a focus on complex products or solutions - Track record of achieving monthly/quarterly and yearly targets - Strong leadership skills to manage a team of 4-5 Inside Sales Representatives - Strong technical acumen to understand and explain technical concepts to various audiences - Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely - Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing effective solutions tailored to their needs - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment - Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events,
