Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional business strategies to meet company targets
Drive end-to-end sales of IT products and digital marketing services to corporate clients
Identify new market opportunities and key clients for concept-based solutions
Build and manage a high-performing regional sales team
Represent the company in high-level meetings and business negotiations
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building
Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analysis for top management
Regularly travel within the region to explore and close business opportunities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
Pleasing and professional personality
Leadership and team management capabilities
Strategic thinking with a result-oriented approach
Deep understanding of B2B sales and corporate client handling

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in corporate sales
Preferred industry background: Advertising, Marketing, Concept Sales, or IT Services
Strong understanding of IT products and digital marketing services
Proven success in handling large accounts and complex sales cycles
Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
