Job Description

Hi Aspirants,

Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, managing channel partners, and ensuring the growth of the aftermarket business across the region. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, the ability to manage teams, and a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive channel sales growth across Maharashtra & Goa
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage a team of sales professionals and ensure high performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Provide training and guidance to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights
Ensure timely delivery of spare parts and products to customers
Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any issues related to after-sales service

Qualifications:

Proven experience in
spare parts sales
within the
automotive aftermarket
industry
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in channel sales and team management
Strong understanding of the market dynamics in Maharashtra & Goa
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry and trends
