Role Overview-

Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities-

  • Drive revenue growth in the assigned region by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with HNIs, architects, designers, and industry influencers.
  • Lead a consultative sales approach, understanding client needs and positioning Artius as their preferred luxury interior partner.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Mentor, guide, and manage the regional sales team to deliver consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business strategy.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Desired Skillset-

  • Proven experience in selling

    luxury or high-ticket products/services

    (real estate, luxury retail, premium automobiles, interiors, financial services, hospitality, etc.).
  • Strong

    consultative selling

    and

    negotiation skills

    with a track record of closing large-value deals.
  • Excellent

    relationship management

    and networking ability with HNI/UHNI clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team leadership experience with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • High level of business acumen, customer orientation, and adaptability.

Qualifications-

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/regional leadership role.
  • Exposure to luxury segment or high-value sales is preferred.
