Regional Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the LAP business for the assigned region, managing a team of experienced Sales Managers.
• Define and execute a regional growth strategy focused on disbursement volumes, revenue generation, and portfolio health.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and sourcing partners to ensure a consistent and quality business pipeline.
• Monitor credit quality and ensure strict adherence to credit policies and risk guidelines.
• Oversee the end-to-end loan lifecycle, including documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursal compliance.
• Inspire high performance by driving team training, engagement, and regular performance reviews.
• Deliver on key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and insurance cross-sell.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 12–15 years of experience in the Loan Against Property (LAP) space, with deep exposure to high-ticket lending.
• Proven leadership in managing and scaling large sales teams across regions.
• Strong network across mortgage lending channels, DSAs, and strategic partners.
• Sharp business acumen with a hands-on, target-driven approach.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
