Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP software sales, preferably in the K-12 or education domain, and a proven ability to manage high-performing sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms. Identify opportunities in the education sector (schools, colleges, institutions) for ERP and LMS solutions. Conduct product demos and presentations to decision-makers at client organizations. Lead and mentor regional sales teams, ensuring performance and goal alignment. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding. Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback for strategic inputs. Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date sales activity and pipeline data.
