Regional Sales Manager

James Walker Inmarco, a James Walker group company, specialist in the field of fluid sealing industry and working in partnership with blue chip customers across oil & gas, power, chemical, fertilizer, other process industries and OEMs.

The selected candidate will be responsible for Business Development and Sales in entire South India. He should be conveniently located.

Position: Regional Manager - Sales - South

Location: will work as resident Regional Sales Manager (preferably male candidates)

Emoluments will not be a constraint for the right candidate

Preference will be given to candidates having ability to speak any two regional languages.

The candidate should possess

• Graduation in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial engineering
• 10 to 12 years experience in industrial sales in a company of repute, preferably in company manufacturing engineering product.
• Excellent intelligence and skill to explain company's expertise over competitors
• Good connection with customers in the region e.g., oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, thermal power, steel
• Good command over product engineering
• Excellent negotiation skill

He will be responsible for

• Business development and increase sales in the region
• Create customers' perception in tandem with the brand established over the years
• Technical support to the customers
• Read and define customers requirements and forward the same to the team
• Identify drawback and suggest BU Head to enhance growth and profitability

He should be ready to travel extensively anywhere in South India.
