Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Coimbatore. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and leading the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves achieving sales targets, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and providing regular reports on sales performance. The successful candidate will also coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and managing sales teams
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficient in market research, data analysis, and sales performance reporting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the textile industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel as needed
