Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development (R&D) Chemist, located in Ulhasnagar. The R&D Chemist will perform research and development activities, formulate and test chemical compounds, develop innovative products, and oversee laboratory experiments. The role involves optimizing production processes, quality control, and troubleshooting issues related to coatings and other chemical formulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product standards and improvements is also an essential aspect of this role.

Qualifications

Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) and Analytical Skills
Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and experience in formulating coatings
Understanding of Quality Control processes and procedures
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Ability to manage tasks independently and work effectively within a team environment
Prior experience in the chemical or textile industry is an advantage
