Company Description Indokem Limited, established in 1946, is a leading manufacturer and marketer of exclusive dyestuffs and speciality chemicals specifically for the textile industry in India and overseas. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chemist located in Ambernath. The Chemist will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and shade matching with vat, direct and reactive dyes to support application, research and development (R&D) initiatives, conducting quality control checks, and analyzing test results. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing chemical solutions, maintaining laboratory equipment, recording data accurately, and collaborating with team members to optimize processes and products. Qualifications Possess strong Laboratory Skills Shade matching and pipetting of dyes Knowledge of different dyeing processes Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and Research Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills Experience in the textile industry is a plus Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team Show more Show less
