JD Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Maharashtra (B2B/B2C Cables, Wires & FMEG Products) Location: Base location Head Office - Pune Experience: 6-15 years Role Overview: We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across Maharashtra. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales managers in the region, driving both B2B and B2C business of our cables, wires , and FMEG products with a key responsibilities of achieving Top line & bottom line targets. key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of Sales Team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and achieve organization goals. Sales Leadership: Lead B2B and B2C sales initiatives by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, real estate developers & Channel partners while driving sales for a diverse range of products, including wires, cables, and FMEG items ( Fans, Lighting & Luminaires, Switches, Switchgear, Conduits, Modular Switches, Cable Lugs, Glands) to enhance market penetration and ensure a robust retail and distribution presence. Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and team progress to senior management, adapting strategies as needed to ensure alignment with corporate goals. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities, allowing for strategic adjustments to sales plans. Key Requirements: 10-15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership at a state level with experience in Real Estate & Industrial segment. Proven expertise in B2B and B2C sales within the cables, wires , and FMEG industry . Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence sales team and clients. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a focus on results and performance improvement. Pr eferred Qualifications: Educational Background: Graduate / Preferred Degree in Electrical Engineering , MBA in Marketing is a plus. Industry Experience: Extensive experience in Building materials industry .
