Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Freight & Logistics Location: Delhi CTC Range: ₹23 – ₹30 LPA Industry: Freight / Logistics / Supply Chain Reporting to: National Sales Head / Zonal Director Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with a proven track record in the freight and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving 2x self-CTC in revenue, driving regional sales strategy, expanding the customer base, and leading a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals. Drive revenue generation to achieve a minimum of 2x self-CTC annually. Manage a team of [X] Territory Managers / Sales Executives across the region. Identify new business opportunities across domestic and international freight solutions (FTL, PTL, Express, Air, Sea, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies. Ensure effective CRM utilization and accurate sales forecasting. Lead, coach, and mentor the team to meet targets and enhance productivity. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure service excellence. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior management. Key Requirements: 8–15 years of sales experience in the freight, logistics, or supply chain industry. Minimum 3–5 years in a regional/team management role. Proven ability to deliver and exceed sales targets, especially high-value B2B clients. Strong knowledge of the logistics landscape (road, air, ocean freight). Excellent team leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools. Performance Metrics: Achievement of 2x self-CTC in annual sales. Team performance and sales contribution.
