Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to promote lithium ion battery packs and cells in the region. - Build and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective clients. - Identify emerging business opportunities and market trends within the lithium ion industry. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to meet customer needs. - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely manner. - Conduct regular market analysis and competitor assessments to maintain a competitive edge. - Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: - Minimum of 16+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in handling large customers within the lithium cell & battery field, Automotive OEMs, Energy Storage Systems (BESS & RESS). - Proficiency in major South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is a must. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Willingness to travel within the region as needed. - Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.,
