Job Summary

PCD Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new PCD franchise partners across assigned territories.
  • Develop strategies to expand distribution networks and penetrate new markets.

Sales & Target Management

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor franchise partner performance and provide ongoing support to boost sales.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, doctors, chemists, and distributors.
  • Address partner queries and ensure smooth business operations.

Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market feedback.
  • Recommend new product launches and territory-specific sales strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PCD / Franchise Sales Management.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of pharma distribution networks and franchise models.
  • Ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
