Job Description

Driving Sales growth:

- Drive year over year sales growth.

- Responsible for the overall sales development of the business in the region, by supporting the local sales team, with the definition and implementation of individual sales plan.

- Join the local sales representatives during customer visits, as a way to support the business opportunities and to develop the sales force.

- Negotiate long-term contracts with key customers.

- Utilize value added sales techniques and negotiation skills to grow market share.

- Work cross functionally to develop business and convert opportunities into sales revenue.

- Secure and evaluate all relevant information to process and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Cultivating new customers & new applications for the responsible sales segment:

- Work closely with segment leadership to develop and execute on new strategic and marketing initiatives.

- Develop customer targets, opportunity lists and drive lead generation.

- Proactive reach out to potential customers.

- Drive the conversion of "new customer / new application" opportunities to orders and revenues.

Executing on Sales processes (daily/weekly management, CRM, Accounts Receivables management, Pricing, Training, People Management):

- Deliver to or exceeding annual sales targets.

- Daily use of CRM tools to help drive growth, being directly responsible for the sales funnel opportunity management.

- Establish relevant metrics to evaluate the sales individual performance of the team and the global one of the Region. Implement specific plans to close the gap when needed.

- Work effectively with cross functional teams within the company to ensure the best possible experience of the customers - in all phases of the sales process.

- Utilize CRM for all customer communication and follow up.

- Develop and successfully executing pricing plans and pricing campaigns.

- Close deals, follow up on payments and deliver to Accounts Receivable targets.

- Coach and manage the local sales team, ensuring competence development and performance management.

- Responsible for the overall sales development of the accounts in the region, by supporting the local sales team, with the definition and implementation of individual sales plan.
