Regional Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage

  corporate clients, travel agents, and institutional partners

  to drive room and banquet sales.
• Develop and execute effective

  sales strategies

  to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new business opportunities.
  
• Conduct

  sales meetings, client visits, presentations, and negotiations

  to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with

  Revenue Management and Operations teams

  to align sales plans with occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor

  market trends and competitor activities

  to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and promote

  brand loyalty

  through exceptional service.

Key Requirements

• 38 years of experience

  in the hotel industry, preferably in

  corporate/B2B or travel agent sales

  .
• Proven ability to

  achieve and exceed sales targets

  .
• Strong

  communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  .
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
