Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive project sales targets for Pune region across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

  • Identify upcoming and ongoing projects and ensure early-stage product approvals and specifications.

  • Manage complete project lifecycle—from lead identification to order execution and billing.

Stakeholder & Influencer Management

  • Build strong relationships with:

    • Builders & Developers

    • EPC contractors & PMCs

    • Architects, Consultants & Structural Engineers

  • Ensure product approvals, technical submittals, mock-ups, and site trials.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and guide Project Sales Managers / Executives in Pune region.

  • Conduct joint site visits, pipeline reviews, and closure support.

  • Drive performance culture with clear targets and accountability.

Channel & Site Coordination

  • Coordinate with distributors, project dealers, and applicators for smooth site execution.

  • Ensure timely material availability, stock planning, and dispatch coordination.

  • Support commercial negotiations in alignment with company pricing policies.

Market Intelligence & Planning

  • Track competitor brands, pricing trends, and project movements in Pune market.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, project pipeline, and monthly MIS.

  • Share market insights for product positioning and launches.

Collections & Governance

  • Ensure timely collections from project accounts.

  • Monitor credit limits, payment milestones, and risk exposure.

  • Ensure compliance with company processes and ethical practices.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Pune real estate & infrastructure ecosystem

  • Proven expertise in project sales and specification selling

  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

  • Leadership with execution mindset

  • High ownership and closure orientation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)

  • Project Sales

  • Minimum 4–6 years in handling Pune project market

  • Construction Chemicals / Building Materials / MEP / Steel / Cement / Tiles

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Project sales revenue & profitability

  • Number of projects approved & converted

  • Influencer engagement & specifications

  • Collection efficiency

  • Team productivity & pipeline strength
