We are a NASDAQ-listed global leader in Data security, trusted by Fortune 500 companies and governments to secure their digital ecosystems. Our award-winning portfolio spans Zero Trust Architecture, SASE, Endpoint Protection, Threat Intelligence, and Cloud Security. As we expand in key growth markets, we're looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive enterprise business and build lasting client relationships.


Role Summary:


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle-from prospecting and consultative selling to closing deals-with enterprise customers in your assigned region. You'll work closely with technical teams, channel partners, and customer success managers to position our products as the go-to solution for DATA security challenges.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development:


- Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market accounts.


- Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.


- Manage a healthy pipeline through CRM (e.g., Salesforce), forecast accurately, and exceed sales targets.


DATA security Solutioning:


- Understand client needs and map them to our DATA security offerings (e.g., SASE, ZTNA, DLP, SIEM).


- Work closely with presales/solution architects to deliver compelling product demos and proof-of-concepts.


- Stay updated on competitive landscape and evolving threat vectors.


Stakeholder & Partner Engagement:


- Build strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT heads, and procurement leaders.


- Collaborate with channel partners, MSSPs, and OEM alliance managers to drive joint go-to-market strategies.


- Ensure a seamless handover to customer success post-sale.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).


- 6-10 years of B2B sales experience in DATA security or enterprise SaaS.


- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in complex enterprise environments.


- Strong understanding of DATA security solutions and customer pain points.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.


- Experience selling to BFSI, IT/ITES, Healthcare, or Government sectors is a plus.


Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):


- CISM, CISSP (familiarity)


  • - Sales certifications from DATA security OEMs (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, CrowdStrike)
