Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be joining Biotics Lab, a company operating in the divisions of Gastro, Derma, and Gynecology, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment. As a Regional Sales Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and expanding the market presence in designated territories. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet business objectives. - Lead and guide a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure consistent performance and productivity. - Coordinate with Assistant Business Managers (ABMs), Regional Business Managers (RBMs), and Headquarters (HO) to align field activities with company goals. - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and refine tactics. - Ensure effective field activities, doctor coverage, and customer engagement. - Oversee the distribution of samples and promotional inputs in line with the marketing strategy. - Conduct regular field visits and joint work with team members to provide coaching, support, and guidance. Qualification Required: - Graduate degree, preferably in Science or Pharma. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 1 year in a Regional Sales Manager role. - Proven leadership qualities, team management skills, and strategic planning abilities. - Strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM tools for reporting.,
