Experience: 8+ years in pharmaceutical sales We are looking for a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets. Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to drive consistent performance. Ensure strong execution of field activities, doctor coverage, and customer engagement. Coordinate with ABMs, RBMs, and HO to align field efforts with company goals. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine tactics. Ensure proper distribution of samples and promotional inputs as per marketing strategy. Conduct regular field visits and joint work to coach and support team members. Ensure timely and accurate reporting via CRM tools and maintain data integrity. Identify skill gaps and training needs to ensure continuous team development. Represent the company at key medical events, conferences, and training sessions. Qualifications : Any graduate (Science/Pharma background preferred). Minimum 8 years in pharma sales with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proven leadership, team-handling, and strategic planning abilities. Strong communication skills and proficiency in CRM/reporting tools.
