Attract Personal Care Pvt Ltd is a Kolkata based Incense Stick Manufacturing and exporting company with over 10 years of experience in the industry. While the following qualifications are preferred, we are open to considering candidates who possess relevant experience and skills even if they do not meet all the criteria: - A university degree or Post Graduation - 5-10 years of managerial experience with 2-4 years of geographical exposure as Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or National Sales Manager (NSM) - Experience in handling a team of Area Sales Managers (ASM), Area Sales Executives (ASE), Sales Officers (SO), and Territory Sales Incharges (TSI) - Background in FMCG companies with products related to Food, Soaps & Detergents, or Confectionery Please do not apply if you have experience in Retail, Insurance, Banking, or Telecom sectors. **Job Responsibilities:** - Motivating the sales team - Demonstrating team leadership and management skills - Effective territory management - Strong presentation skills - Performance management of the sales team - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in sales closing techniques - Building and nurturing relationships with clients - Negotiation with clients for successful deals - Sales planning to achieve targets - Customer-centric approach - In-depth industry and product knowledge This is a full-time position based on-site.
