Regional Sales Manager

You will be joining Anaxee Digital Runners as an Area Sales Manager, playing a crucial role in leading, motivating, and mentoring the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor sales performance, analyze data, provide actionable insights, and ensure ongoing coaching and development of the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. Additionally, you will manage the sales function in the allocated cluster, maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers, carry out the negotiation process, and close sales effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience as a field sales executive or similar role in the Non-FMCG sector would be an added advantage. - Strong team leadership and managerial skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. - Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
