Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales operations, identifying new markets, and establishing long-term partnerships for the supply of industrial gases. The role involves strategic market development, customer engagement, and business expansion within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop key markets for industrial gases in the assigned region.
• Understand customer requirements and align business offerings accordingly.
• Acquire new customers and negotiate long-term supply agreements.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
• Develop and distribute periodic sales and market analysis reports.
• Build and manage strong long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely supply and service delivery.
• Track performance metrics and meet regional sales targets.
  

Required Candidate Profile:

Education

• UG:

  B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering

• PG:

  MBA / PGDM in Marketing

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing / Sales or related field.
• Certifications in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
