Roles and Responsibilities:

• The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for sales in the region
• Develop sales strategies in Direct & channel sales, and recruit + lead all Kerala sales team.
• Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, building relationships with partners, and driving sales growth.
• The role also involves setting sales targets, ensure team performance, and ensuring partner relations.
• Responsible for Account and Team Management

Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets with at least 10 member sales team for more than 3 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in either of the segments is plus:Insurance, Time share, Invest advisory, study abroad, etc.
• Strong Sales Management skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in selling high value services.
• Experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
