We are looking for a candidate to join our New Real Estate Division to manage Pune West Projects of Category A and B developers" inventory for sales. As a Regional Sales Head based in Pune, this full-time on-site role will involve overseeing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, managing account relationships, and analyzing market trends in the real estate sector. The position requires leading a team of sales professionals, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and sales management skills, proven expertise in account management and team leadership, excellent analytical abilities to assess sales performance and trends, effective communication and leadership qualities, adaptability to a dynamic and growth-focused environment, and preferably, experience in the financial services industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MBA, or equivalent knowledge and experience in the real estate market will be advantageous.,
