Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Role: Regional Sales Head

Responsibilities:

• Achieving Sales Targets: Drive sales activities across the region to meet booking and billing targets. Ensure that

billing targets for existing centers are achieved, with specific targets for metros, cities and upcountry areas.

• Technical Know-How Income Recovery: Ensure the full recovery of technical know-how income from all business

partners (BPs), contributing to the region's financial health.

• Network Expansion: Actively network within communities to find and attract new business partners, driving

consistent net additions to the sales network. Focus on expanding the regional footprint and increasing market

share.

• BP Management and Profitability: Provide ongoing support to BPs, driving them to increase enrollments and

profitability. This includes regular interactions, resolving BP complaints, and providing necessary training and

resources to enhance their performance.

• Lead Generation and Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, including Prospecting, Profiling,

Appointments, Meetings, Needs Analysis, Pitching, Closing, Processing, and Documentation. Ensure effective lead

generation and referral acquisition to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

• Infrastructure and Compliance Support: Assist BPs with infrastructure setup, branding, marketing collateral, IT and

software setup, staff training, and documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

• Enrollment Support and Training: Support BPs in increasing student enrollments by conducting seminars at colleges

and providing training and knowledge support to their counsellors. Facilitate activities that drive student interest

and conversions.

• Rollover Recovery and Financial Stability: Implement strategies to reduce financial dropouts and achieve success

rate (as decided) in rollover recovery, ensuring financial stability and student retention across the region.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly review sales reports, track leads generated, conversions, and

other key metrics. Use this data to refine strategies and ensure that regional targets are met.
