Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aurangabad for positions including Cluster Heads, Area Heads, Branch Heads, and Sales Managers. The roles involve overseeing daily operations, managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining client relationships. Qualifications Strong experience in sales management and team leadership Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Client relationship management and customer service skills Ability to work independently and drive results Knowledge of financial services and loan products is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Experience in the financial sector or banking industry is beneficial Show more Show less
