Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for Cluster Head/Area Head/Branch Manager/Sales Manager. The role involves overseeing branch operations, managing sales teams, achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, conducting performance reviews, training and developing sales personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The candidate will also work closely with senior management to align branch objectives with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing sales teams and meeting sales targets
• Strong knowledge of financial services, including Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Education Loans, and Personal Loans
• Excellent leadership, client relationship management, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies
• Proven ability to train and develop sales personnel
• Attention to detail and a commitment to compliance with company policies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the finance/banking industry preferred
