To represent one of Asia's finest and most iconic integrated luxury resorts and act as the dedicated liaison for the region's most esteemed clientele: VIP, HNI, and UHNI members playing an active role in generating new business through targeted account strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on the GCC region to increase rooms sales
  • Identify new business opportunities within the luxury travel, and high-net-worth individual segments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value GCC clients, ensuring personalized service and tailored luxury experiences
  • Explore partnership opportunities with airlines, luxury brands, and regional influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel agencies, concierge services, high-end tour operators, and VIP client representatives in the GCC
  • Conduct regular sales trips, client visits, and hosting of FAM (familiarization) trips
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client engagement year-on-year.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.

·      Maintain accurate client data and sales activities within the CRM system.

·      Ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders for travel, events, and exclusive lifestyle arrangements.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–7+ years of experience

    in luxury hospitality, concierge services, premium travel management, or lifestyle services.
  • Strong

    sales orientation

    with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Hands-on experience working with

    HNI/UHNI clientele

    and understanding of their lifestyle expectations.
  • Experience in the

    Middle East market is a must.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-service skills.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Hospitality, Travel, or related fields).
  • Valid UAE Driving License -

    mandatory.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
