About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced **Regional Head – Franchise Operations** to lead our expansion, franchise onboarding, and operational success across multiple districts.

You will oversee the end-to-end franchise life cycle — from recruitment and training to performance management, ensuring ROI and sustainable vendor growth in your region.

Key Responsibilities

* **Franchise Development:** Lead acquisition and onboarding of new franchises across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 zones (₹6L–₹12L deposits).

* **Sales Leadership:** Drive your team of Sales Closers and Field Managers to meet monthly franchise and vendor onboarding targets.

* **Operations Management:** Monitor franchise performance, ensure smooth vendor onboarding, and maintain brand standards in all zones.

* **Training & Support:** Conduct regular business reviews, franchise training sessions, and performance audits.

* **Revenue Growth:** Achieve regional business goals, vendor activation targets, and commission payout accuracy.

* **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Work closely with Marketing, R&D, and Finance to align regional strategy with company objectives.

* **Compliance & Documentation:** Ensure all franchise agreements, deposits, and refund guarantees are properly documented and legally compliant.

Requirements

* Proven experience (7–15 years) in **franchise operations, sales leadership, or multi-city business expansion.**

* Strong understanding of **B2B, hyperlocal, or retail franchise models.**

* Excellent **communication, negotiation, and team management** skills.

* Ability to manage high-value partnerships and build trust with investors.

* Willingness to travel across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh for business operations.

* MBA or equivalent preferred (Sales, Marketing, or Business).

Compensation

* Competitive Salary: ₹10–15 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)

* Performance Bonus: Up to ₹3 LPA annually
