The Project Manager ( Head-Sales ) Franchise & Sustainability Operations will be responsible for driving franchise expansion and developing sustainability-focused partnerships across India. The role involves end-to-end franchise sales management, from lead generation to closure, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly targets and high partner satisfaction.The candidate will lead initiatives to identify and onboard new franchise partners, manage institutional collaborations, and oversee operational coordination with internal teams. This includes preparing accurate reports, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and aligning franchise operations with company policies and sustainability goals.The position requires a result-oriented professional with strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate should possess 11-15 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Channel Management, or Institutional Sales, preferably within the **EdTech, SaaS, POS, or FinTech- sectors. They must be capable of handling performance-driven environments and contributing strategically to the company's nationwide growth and sustainability objectives.
