Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Greater Chennai Area. The role involves identifying and generating sales leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to fulfill customer needs. Daily tasks include managing sales pipelines, creating marketing strategies, engaging with customers, and providing training when necessary to achieve business objectives. Collaboration with internal teams will also play a key part in ensuring client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and manage client accounts.
• Experience in Training to guide team members or clients as required.
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the coworking or serviced office space industry is a plus.
