Regional Sales Executive

Job Description: As a Band 5B member, you will be responsible for delivering on budgeted sales objectives through effective market liaising, DSM management, syndicate/bond management, and inventory management while adhering to the company's compliance standards. You will set the direction for a process-compliant and consumer-centric team culture by managing performance, communicating brand objectives, and providing training on various company processes. Additionally, you will ensure product availability and visibility as per the prescribed format by conducting regular shop audits and ensuring timely disbursement of trade schemes post necessary approvals.
