As an experienced sales professional in the healthcare or hospital industry, your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue. You will be responsible for managing and motivating the sales team to meet performance goals, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients will be key, along with collaborating with other departments to ensure successful execution of sales plans. Providing timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and traveling within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Healthcare or Hospital sales - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue - Manage and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region - Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients - Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of sales plans - Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities - Travel within the region to meet with clients and attend industry events Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any science degree with a pharma background - Proven experience in sales and account management - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Willingness to travel frequently within the region Please note: This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus eligibility. Fluency in English is preferred. Your work location will be in person.
