Job Description

As a Regional Program Manager at the company, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, support, and management of change networks in the APAC region for End of Life products and products requiring IT updates. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution to ensure efficient phase-out processes that align with corporate goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the end-of-life product portfolio by coordinating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams. - Drive adoption of work in the field to protect the company from potential global revenue fines related to external regulatory compliance groups like CIAS Attestation, PSTI, NIS2, and CRA. - Develop comprehensive phase-out plans including timelines, resource allocation, and IT security compliance considerations. - Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders regarding timelines, impacts, and strategies related to end-of-life products. - Ensure that all phase-out processes align with IT security compliance standards and regulations. - Keep regional leadership and local market offices informed about emerging IT risks, end-of-life, and hardening issues. - Monitor product performance and customer feedback to guide future product lifecycle decisions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in the end-of-life process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT Security, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in program management, preferably in the manufacturing or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and end-of-life strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and work collaboratively with diverse, interdisciplinary teams. - Ability to analyze data and market trends for informed decision-making. - Strong leadership skills focusing on team collaboration and goal achievement. - Knowledge of HVAC, Controls, Fire, or Security systems along with IT security knowledge. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. - Fluency in English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.,
