Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Assistant Facility Manager Technical to oversee the technical operations and maintenance of our critical environments, including data centers, networking labs, and office infrastructure. Maintain updated documentation, including PPM records, asset registers, and compliance trackers. Support the preparation of audit documentation and technical reports. 5. Budgeting & Procurement: Assist in preparing annual maintenance budgets and cost control measures. Support procurement by evaluating quotes, preparing comparative statements, and validating technical specifications. Qualification & Experience: Education: B. Tech Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) Experience: 4-6 years of experience in managing technical infrastructure in Critical Facilities such as Data Centers, Networking Labs, Hotel, Hospital. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, power backup, HVAC, fire systems. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and technical reporting. Team leadership and vendor management capability. Knowledge of statutory compliance, fire audits, and ISO documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
