Job Description

Manage and facilitate the regional hiring approval process, including tracking submissions and coordinating approvals at both regional and global levels Execute monthly HR reporting cycles, including data extraction, analysis, and distribution to relevant stakeholders Generate and review ad hoc reports to support data-driven decision making Create and maintain organizational charts to reflect current structure and reporting relationships Coordinate annual renewals of practice certificate for the department Foster cross-functional collaboration between internal teams to ensure smooth operations and reporting related to the population of the region Maintain confidential HR documentation and records with utmost discretion Be the regional point of contact for resource hiring and onboarding process Requirements Experience of minimum 5 yrs in building org charts in excel, raising hiring requests, budgeting Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Professional discretion in handling confidential information Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities .
