Job Description

This person will have responsibility for:

Plan, execute, and monitor merchandise assortment for stores in your region.
Collaborate with corporate merchandising teams to ensure alignment with the brand s product strategy.
Analyse regional market trends and consumer behaviour to inform product selections.
Maintain optimal inventory levels, avoiding stockouts or overstock situations.
Identify and act on opportunities for product reallocation between stores based on sales performance.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for regional promotions and product launches.

Individual with a passion for jewellery and a knack for understanding consumer preferences in a dynamic retail environment.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results.
Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail & quality.
Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Graduate in any discipline with MBA/ B Des / Fashion management from reputed institutes
7 to 10 years of relevant experience in store with good acumen, excel skills and analytics skills
Experience in Jewelry preferred
