Regional Manager

Role Overview: As the Zonal Manager of TallyCapital at Tally, your primary responsibility is to manage Tally Capital partners and Referral partners. You will drive the number of applications and volume of disbursement from these partners. Your role involves overseeing the setting up of the business and managing a team of Business Managers who handle a set of Tally Certified Partners, whether they are Tally Capital Partners or Referral Partners. It is crucial for you to ensure strong coordination with the zonal and regional teams to drive the business within the core Tally business. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver new loan disbursement numbers as planned for the zone - Work closely with all internal stakeholders - Formulate strategies to achieve business targets from TallyCapital partners and referral partners - Identify, onboard, and sustain Tally partners as TallyCapital partners and Referral Partners as per planned numbers every quarter - Drive the success of every partner associated with TallyCapital - Hire resources such as TallyCapital BMs, Business Development Officers (BDOs) - Execute training programs and schedules for the internal team of Tally, the TallyCapital team, and the partner teams - Conduct periodic constructive reviews with the team - Motivate and energize the sales team to achieve business targets Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in the financial services industry, specifically in unsecured business loans - Experience in handling partners or DSA channels - Strong people development skills with coaching and mentoring abilities - Business planning skills, multitasking ability, prioritization, and efficient time management - Strong leadership skills with a good understanding of exploring market opportunities and dealing with market threats - Knowledge of partner development strategies and Go-to-Market strategies for operationalizing the same Additional Details: This role will involve working in the field 70% of the time and will require extensive travel as per the plan.,
