Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager, located in Tiruchirappalli. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, and establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include performance monitoring, addressing customer inquiries, implementing marketing plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide the sales team
• Strong sales and marketing abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets and implementing marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in performance monitoring and reporting, with a keen eye for detail and data analysis
• Experience in the insurance industry or financial services sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
