Role Overview

The Regional Manager – Mumbai Region will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations, sales performance, and overall profitability of Kerala Cafe’s Mumbai outlets (Chembur and Vasai). This role requires a dynamic leader who can ensure operational excellence, maintain brand standards, drive revenue growth, and manage teams effectively to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of both Chembur and Vasai outlets.
• Ensure adherence to Kerala Cafe’s operational standards, hygiene, and quality parameters.
• Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, and control operational costs.
• Lead, train, and motivate outlet managers and staff to ensure consistent service excellence.
• Conduct regular audits for food quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Collaborate with the HOD – Sales & Operations on marketing initiatives, local promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities.
• Oversee inventory management, vendor coordination, and procurement efficiency.
• Manage staffing requirements, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve escalations promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Graduate in Hospitality Management / Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in restaurant operations or F&B management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-outlet supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B industry trends, customer preferences, and local market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel between outlets as required.
