Job Title: Regional Manager (Onsite)

Compensation: ₹10,000 per project (Contract Basis)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects, managing people, driving marketing initiatives, and supporting placement-related activities to ensure successful outcomes. This is an onsite role with payment structured at ₹10,000 per project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee and coordinate team activities to achieve project goals.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality standards across all projects.
• Act as a Placement Officer, coordinating with industry partners for student placement opportunities.
• Organize campus drives, job fairs, and employer networking events.
• Guide and mentor students on career readiness, resume preparation, and interview skills.
• Maintain placement records and track career progress of students.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing, people management, project execution, and placements/HR coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel within the region if required.
