Regional Manager - Business Loans - Indirect
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management s with the ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Duties and Responsibilities
  • All system enhancement, design, development, testing, and rollout with the help of various stakeholders (COE, IT, Ops, etc.).
  • Delivery of volume from service channels such as cashier and call center service.
  • Delivery of volume from newly identified channels like digital and CIBIL watch.
  • Provide daily system and process support to the sales team.
  • Prepare and roll out daily business MIS.
  • Calculate and roll out monthly incentives.
  • Calculate and roll out contests.
  • Liaise with HR team for activities such as R&R, Auto Promotion, IJP rollout, annual and mid-year PMs closure, etc.
  • Track and manage on-roll and off-roll headcount and productivity.
  • Liaise with Risk team for offer generation and policy changes.
  • Conduct classroom training and training over calls for new enhancements or product/process changes.
  • Allocate monthly offer base to sales/call center teams.
  • Conduct various business meets such as ZSM/RSM meets and contest-based trips.
  • Manage portfolio metrics by ensuring collection of early delinquent cases and tracking EWS location management.
  • Manage various vendors, including timely onboarding and calculation of payouts.
  • Provide monthly inputs for SMT reporting and deck preparation.
  • Provide annual inputs for LRS and AOP deck preparation.
