Our client is a large FM Venture in the country. Servicing Indian Corporate, Healthcare and residential and commercial businesses for over a decade. It operates in large client locations across India and manages over 1 billion square feet of corporate space.
The position will spearhead the
North India business
while being based in Okhla, New Delhi and reports to the Head of Operations. This position requires coordination with key regional stakeholder groups and reports to the HOD.We are looking at candidates based in NCR and ready to work from the office.

North India, being the pivotal growth focus for the business, is poised to grow at a faster speed than the rest of the country, and we trust this position to hold the key Profiand Loss accountability and deliver to the targets/Budgets being laid out for 2024 and beyond.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure management of the daily operations of multiple units, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans for maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Lead a team of facility management professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to facility operations to ensure the company remains profitable.
- Remain on top of the business targets to ensure we have consistent efforts throughout the year
Qualifications And Background
Must be a graduate of Hotel Management or Engineering.MBA degree or diploma is preferredCandidates who currently hold business and operations (P&L) positions in FM companies will be most suitable. The operations experience in the North is essential. Candidates willing to relocate with similar backgrounds are welcome.
Age
We expect you not to exceed 47 years of age to have the maximum amount of exuberance.
The budgeted CTC is ₹25 Lacs Per Annum. We may deviate slightly if we find the fire in you.
